Amnesty today means 25 million more illegals tomorrow

In 1986, Congress and the President passed an amnesty for all illegals who had successfully evaded detection for at least four years. More than 2.8 million were granted legal status in what was purported to be a one-time amnesty program.

Now open borders supporters are demanding amnesty for 12 million more illegals who came to America after seeing the last amnesty move illegals to the front of the immigration line. But now it is called “comprehensive immigration reform.”

But there are many tens of millions of poor people from these same countries, and others, waiting to see if this amnesty goes through. If it does, just as the size of this amnesty will be FOUR TIMES the size of the last one, 25 years ago, the next surge of poor illegals wanting your tax dollars will explode yet again. We can expect at least 25 million more illegals to seek the next amnesty that is sure to follow if this one is signed into law. That’s an awful lot of free health care, free schooling, and free welfare to add to the backs of the U.S. taxpayer.

As the reduced immigration advocacy group FAIR noted:

An Immigration and Naturalization Service study found that after ten years in the United States, the average amnestied illegal alien had only a seventh grade education and an annual salary of less than $9,000 a year. Unlike immigrants with a sponsor who guarantees they will not become a burden on the public, when Congress enacts an amnesty, it makes the American public financially responsible for those amnestied.

Even if you somehow survive the tax bill from this “comprehensive immigration reform” amnesty, the next amnesty will bankrupt your children.
